Gaurav Luxury — amount is not refund

I have booked one ticket on 24/07/2018 from tata to patna through gaurav luxury on line services. On that day bus was cancelled but still ticket amount (Rs.923) is not refund in my bank account. I have tried to reach the nos, mentioned in the gaurav luxury website but maximum nos are coming switch off & rest are not responding. This is very sad to inform that such type of services is providing by gaurav luxury. Ticket details is mentoned below.
