I booked two tickets online through gauravluxury.com. The booking was for my parents who are senior citizens. Today 9th april when they reached the mentioned boarding point at 10 pm, they were told by nearby shop owners that this bus does not ply any more. The office of this service provider was closed. All the mentioned numbers on website were unreachable. It was an absolute horror. I need to file a complain against these people.
