Maine 18/11/2015 ko Purnea se Patna ke liye Bus ticket online book kiya jiska PNR No-W4E9CEE4 hai Passenjer Name-Umesh Choudhary Aur Nand kishor hai iss ticket ko kisi karan vas 18/11/15 ko hi canccel karana para jisme mere fare ka 50% kat gaya rest ammount mere a/c me abhi tak nahi aaya hai care se bhi problum solf nahi ho raha hai plz help.
