On 12.06.2016 i was having four ticket from ranchi to patna on gaurav luxury bus, PNR No W4F69C4B, SEAT NO 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B . but recieved call from ranchi office on 12.06.2016 morning through mobile no [protected] that due to some technical problem bus is cancel and the money would be refunded within 3 days .
inspite of continously follow up vide email and phone, till 19.06.2016 my money yet not refunded to by bank account
please you are requested to take the matter immediately
