      Hello Maam/Sir,
      This is to inform you that i have paid 650 rs for renewing my gazon wifi on July 2020.
      My account was deactivated on July 2020 without any prior notice that its not going to reactivate henceforth and I had already paid for the month of july 2020.MY last activation month was June 2020

      Kindly check with your service provider regarding this issue and resolve this issue as soon as possible and apart from this I need my refund ASAP. And I am sharing the screenshot of the payment receipt below.

        I stay in dhanorie area pune, it’s been months since i’m facing inconsistent speed and packet drops from gazon. My plans is 50mbps but hardly get 30-40 that too if lucky.. Speed is not at all stable and varies from time to time.. Packet drop rate is around 20% with pings to any dns (8.8.8.8 for ex google dns) server getting timeout very frequently (Every few mins). Reported this many times but its still not resolved. All i hear is that its my router problem so finally i got their own router installed and results remained same. Problem is with such high packet drops over network you can’t do work from home with live video and audio calls. Frustrated and feeling like changing it now but stuck because did a 3 month recharge.

          I am a customer of gazon communication india. My user id is "sarang_thosar". I have done recharge of rs.2123 on 6 april. But from 10 april, there is no internet. So from last 2 months i am raising ticket and no one is there to fix my problem. It is very sad to say that i can't manage my work without internet. If this problem not getting fix in this weak then i want my amount refund of the same.

            Hi,

            I am facing no internet issue from today morning 2nd may-2020. So i tried to call "gateway broadband internet services" which provides gazon service at kothrud location. Many times i tried to connect calls but unable to connect call to them.
            So i tried to raise complaint on gazon website. Here i am unable to raise new ticket because already my one ticked is in pending state which i raised on 22nd may 2020 regarding internet speed issue. Pathetic. You are unable to resolve issues after raising ticket for more than 10 days?

            I started my connection from 14th may 2020 and then after i raised 2 tickets regarding gazon internet. This means within 15 days i faced issues. Is this service you offering to customer once customer is already paid full amount? (Ticket id - #69449)
            This no internet connection i am frequently getting many times in a week which affects my work from home.

            I have already paid 3 months 50mbps speed plan. Still i am unable to get full speed. (Ticket id - #70128) this ticket is still pending. Due to this ticket if i am getting some other issue regarding internet then i cant raise new ticket? Is it correct way to handle customer?

            Please take action on this asap.

                I am your customer at pimpri chinchwad, i have subscribed 20mbps for 6months but i do not get reliable speed, i have tested on okala speedtest and speed is never reliable. I am always given reason of wireless router. I have installed 300mbps tendala.

                  My internet is not working since 15th April. I am registering ticket but they are just closing it without any response. No answer from customer care.

                  Please check attached tickets. They are keep saying your account is active and closing tickets. I have paid so of course its active.

                    Internet at home is not working since last 3 days. I raised ticket but no one is addressing the issue. Worst part is that they are neither picking the phone nor replying to mails. Its really shameful in todays world that internet is down and and no one from provider side is sharing update why this is happening and no communication at all.. While recharging they are very punctual asking for payments on time and very obedient to stop service if any delay for recharge.. Ticket register on 15th april however no response and call from anyone. Very poor service and shame on this service provider

                        There was no internet connection since 20th march 4pm till 21st march 11am.. And after that it was working fine. During this period the customer was not reachable and and the complaint tickets were also ignored. I received a call from an executive saying your account has to be recharged by 24th march, and when i told the executive about the issues i'm faving she told she will look into it. I received proper internet on 23rd and so i renewed the account on 24th march 12am and then there is no internet connection since then. Gazon communications is not reachable via any mode of communication.. No calls, no emails no tickets are being answered. Now in the time of need when everyone is working from home and there is a national lockdown, we are helpless and gazon communications is taking advantage of the situation.

                          Internet at home is not working since last 6 days. I raised ticket but no one is addressing the issue. Worst part is that they are neither picking the phone nor replying to mails.
                          Their sales office says that they can't help as this is not their department.
                          They have not mentioned their escalation metrix in the website.
                          If any one knows how to escalate, please let me know

                            Broad band is down since last more than 6 days without any resolution. Once of the worst experience with this provider.. Its really shameful in todays world that internet is down and and no one from provider side is sharing update why this is happening and no communication at all..                               Getting problem from last 3 months customer care is not reachable from last 3 months not getying response from company.                                 I am facing frequent internet disconnection problem from more than month now. I happens more frequently than there are hours in a day. I have tried calling customer service but they never pick call.

                                Regarding my other issue of packet losses, i have facing this issue since 4 months. I have complained it earlier as well. Everytime i call, they just tried to reset my connection and told me to restart router. But that didn't helped me. It is very important to have no packet losses and stable ping when you are playing online games. Their engineers don't understand either of both terms. I mean please hire better engineers man :p who at least understands the problem.

Tried reaching out to customer care[protected] from where i was told to drop mail to [protected]@gazonindia.com. Triying reaching out to both channels since 2 weeks but bill and receipt is not being provided and even not getting any reply from any team. Registered mobile no. [protected].

                                    Even after complaining multiple times for the internet speed and temporary solutions provided by the company, the sufering here gets real.
                                    For the last 3 months i have been complaining repeatedly for pathetic internet speed, no substantial actions are taken.
                                    They will call you for the internet recharge everytime without miss when your subscription is ending but no attention on the quality provided.
                                    Have multiple times walked to office even when i was working from home due to internet speed and quality.
                                    Once you call customer care, they only say to on and off the router.

                                      I really do not understand what you fools are promising us before providing services. I got a connection for 50 mbps & every day struggling to get basic connectivity & on sundays it is completely zero. Jio is coming shortly for web connectivity, like how they launched for internet connectivity, to scrape out intelligent robbers like you. Then we will see how you fools will survive. Till then you can have your day. Gazon is really useless & a false service provider with not basic support system & service assistance. Daylight robbers.

                                        This complaint is to highlight the worst service provided by Gazon Communications in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. I have registered multiple complaints with them related to interrupted services. Everytime they send a technician who is not capable enough to find the exact root cause. Instead he just restarts or resets the router and restores the connectivity. However, we see this problem almost everyday and it is not possible to register a complaint everyday. We have no option other than to wait. Complaint numbers are -
