Its been four days that our internet is not working.
Raised complaint multiple times.
I want refund for fee.
Registered mobile number in gazon [protected].
We have been contacting them repeatedly but they doesn't seem to be bothered with it.
Each time the customer executive tell different reasons for the issue, like one said it due to power issue at our area. Other one said it is due to cut of optical fibre issue and the third one said its because of our router.
We have paid rs 1179 as prepaid bill and when mailed Regarding adjustment of bill against loss of days they are not replying.
