I have been a Gazon Broadband customer for 04 years and have experienced repeated network issues that were not resolved within an acceptable timeframe by the technical team. I have had to contact customer care multiple times, but updates have been limited to generic escalation messages with no clear escalation channel available. My internet has been down for the past two days, and there was a previous outage lasting 03-04 days.
