I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So I can't use it. So, I would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... it;s a very bad product this co. cheat me kindly help me regarding return my money. no response from party ...

Maine aapke yahan se "Pest Repellent" jiska Invoce Number - MGNVJNRSWR dated 04 July 2018 ko ak Product order kiya tha. Jiska amount Rs. 480/- rupaye tha. but jab maine package open kiya to mai hairan rah gaya ki mere order karte waqt jo product dikhaya gaya tha ye wo product hi nahi hai yahan se jo product mujhe bheja gaya hai vo bahut ghatiya h uski prise amazon or flipcard mai 130/- rupaye h. ye log seedha fraud hi karte hai dikhate kuchh aur dete kuchh aur mai ye product refund karna chahta hu aur mere paise refund karo.

Hi,
I have ordered (Order id 5N5SAP5RK7) on 21 JULY 2018, pest repellent – ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50… Cheap product… They are cheating customers
The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.
Please ask them to return my money
