We have purchased window ac one week before. After installing it we are facing problem. As it is not working properly. It does not cool down our room temperature as we would not feel cool air flow after an hour of its running. So please send your executive to lookafter it. We are facing problem from this ac. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    I have been facing lot of issues with my ac since 1 year despite raising numerous tickets and lodging complaints, last time service end visited and done gas filling in month of march17 but it worked for a month time started giving a problem.. I have raised compliant again on 18th may and till date no response.. All i am getting false commitment from customer care

      We have purchased O general split a/c 4 years ago, initially we faced some problem due to improper filling of Gas during installation of a/c outlet, we solved the same with the help of Ogeneral Customer care, and again after 1 year we face the issue due to leakage of gas from the a/c outlet and we resolved the same with the help of service engineer.

      At present, though we used a/c, we did not get cooling of air in the room, we approached O general customer care, after the visit of service engineer it was said like due to electricity problem it was not working properly.But that was not the actual cause, electricity was good. Finally we found that outdoor a/c unit functionality is not working.

      With the help of service Engineer, outdoor ac unit was taken by them to repair, it was hardly 20 working days since the unit was not replaced properly. This was the Worst service commitment that O General Provides, Quality of the Product was not at all satisfied and customer care replies and solution taken for this is very worst and wrong commitment that given by their staff in madurai branch.

      On every call, they reply with the message that a/c unit spare have been ordered, till now we did not get any spare or new one which they promised us. Without a/c in this climate was horrible.

      I would directly approach in the other way to higher officials, if it not replaced within 1 day of time span.

      85 units, presently we puchaged 6 splits A.C's recently( 15DAYS ago) But
      one of the A/C is Not working the problem is Board Problem.
      plz rectify problem, as early as possible send technition to our address.and rectify our problem.

        This complaint is regarding our very sorry experience with General India. Have been wanting to get our A/C serviced for a while now and every time we call we are given an assurance of it being serviced but no one turns up. Post which we get a message saying - "Service completed". We have also tried informing the management about this issue and were again given a false assurance of the A/C being serviced at the soonest possible. Have been in this doldrum of false hopes by the team for over a month now. My humblest request is for this issue to be resolved and our A/C being serviced. Thank you.

        As you know the summers are easily tolerated these days but this new product is seriously making problem for me .In 3 months this is the 2nd time it stop working.Please check the product.

          They ask to Contant Smart vision services--[protected]. Smart vision number given by customer care is continously switched off.

          22nd april
          12 pm had a word with senior supervisor
          I have been told that Glorious service centre : [protected] Will attend call but Glorious ppl told that they dont attend calls of Budh Vihar.

          Then again I had a word with senior supervisor on customer care and they told that they will arrange call back but no call back received and when I agai. Called up, they have given Mr Sanjiv's number.

          No one came for service and amc renewal till date since 27 march, my amc also expired on 08 april due to no response .AC also not working ...

          Kindly look into this

            I had purchased Split Air conditioner on 27th Jun 2016 from M.K. Electronics & Refrigeration, shop No. 28, 26 15 Basrurkar Market, Moti Bagh-1 New Delhi-110021. Within one month of installation, this AC is getting started so may problems like noice, gas leackage etc. When we complaint to the company after two months company send the engineers for gas filling, after filling gas this AC was closed for 6 months, when we start this AC in March 2017 and called the company on 24 March, 2017 for its service, after 10 days of calling they send the engineer, . When engineer came he felt the Gas is less in this AC. From the date of complaint every day phone call is coming from company side but no engineer came to attend the complaint till date. From the date of purchasing this Air Conditioner I am very depressed. I purchased this AC in Rs.56, 500/-, but after spending this huge amount I feel very bad. This AC is under warranty period and company is not caring about this. So, I think after warranty what will they do. I think this Air conditioner has the manufacturing problem, So this AC should be replaced by the Company. Copy of the bill has been attached with this complaint.

            I was complaint so many time that my AC is not working properly but executives daily said that they will send technician but till date no technician came. Please resolve this issue i m very fed up from the service of company. Kindly replace my AC with new one. Please resolve it urgently.

              I have lodged a service call in o general cutomer support no[protected] on[protected] about my air conditioner.
              Their mechanic came on 26 th and removed the fan motor from ac and gone with it saying they want to replace the part and will be coming within 2 days
              After that repeatedly I contacted them am they are saying us to wait and wait...
              On 01.03.2017 I got message from service centre as
              Your Service Call No. COC[protected] is completed.

              Gas leakage problem came in under warranty but no action by ogeneral. Service team damages the internal parts and now refilling done in april month and within 21days cooling again down. I have every proof but no one support and no action from ogeneral side. Mu child has a ceberal palsy problem and doctor advised mostly time put ur child in Ac.

              Cooling condenser changed by Ogeneral team after complainig to local police station team but now again after 1 year cooling down. Now wht can we do now. Again go to police.

                Defective Slpit AIR Conditioner installed at my unoccupied residence and the installation agency misreported that the AC is working fine.After testing it myself a few weeks later for the first time, found out that the Indoor unit is faulty, the fan motor makes a grinding noise and the Agency has reported this to the company, but the company (ETA General) has refused to replace the unit.

                I have purchased an 1.5ton 3star Vestar split ac on 2014, after one year the PCB of the ac was not worked properly, they repaired it. After one year same problem is arrise and they are not attending the issueb but since one month I had give complain about the same but they didn't respond properly. Want can I do.. Please suggest

                  How would a person feel if after spending a fortune in installing and maintaining a premium. Top-end Air-conditioning system of a reputed brand, the system does not cool and remains non-operational for 9 months?
                  Well I could tell you for I have had that experience.
                  With deep regret I wish to bring to the attention of all the extremely poor and totally unacceptable service levels and response being provided to the Fujitsu General VRF AC system installed at my residence and under annual maintenance service contract. My sense is that ETA General, the company which markets and services the O General machines lacks customer orientation, competence and servicing infrastructure.
                  My advice to all prospective AC customers is to avoid General brand if you would like to have cooling and peace of mind.
                  To offer a perspective of my sad and pathetic story, I give below the details:
                  • Even though the machine has been under annual maintenance service contract, it remained non-operational for 9 months. During this period, the company kept on informing me about various different defects requiring change of parts viz. condensing unit fan motor, condensing unit filter, indoor fan motors- 2nos., Controller PCBs, gas evacuation and charging twice etc. etc. For all these changes, I was charged a huge amount equivalent to the cost of 2 new AC units! The net result was that whatever little cooling that was happening earlier also stopped.
                  • ETA General service claimed that they were still investigating and had referred the case to their specialists in head office. While all this was being said by the company, I and my family suffered for 6 months of peak summer and heat with no AC.
                  • I also found that different technicians from different service sub-contractors are deputed at intermittent intervals and they give different diagnosis of the problem!!
                  • I wish to further say that as per the AMC Clause (5) of ‘Other Terms & Conditions’ a 24 hour response to a breakdown call is committed. In my case I can confirm that this has never happened and I need to repeatedly call the Service Manager and Service Engineer for technicians to be deputed. This usually happens only after a week or a fortnight!
                  • Whenever I sent an E Mail complaining of the above, the service manager would get upset and tell me that they have done me a favour by taking my machine under service contract and that I was not honouring our relationship!
                  Based on the foregoing, my perception is that :
                  1. There is a total lack of service competence within ETA General Service unit in Kolkata and this is leading to complete mishandling of the sophisticated machine that I had installed at considerable expense.
                  Or
                  2. I am being cheated by the service agents on one pretext or another!
                  It is inconceivable and unethical that I have been made to pay repeatedly for repairs with the promise to make the AC system operational without ETA General holding any accountability for doing so. I believe all would agree to this.
                  Finally when ETA General ran out of options, they informed me that they would need to break the walls and false ceilings around each of the indoor units since they now suspected an installed device had become defective. When I asked why a proper access had not been provided to service these devices, ETA General Service told me that this was a defective installation done by the installing team and they had nothing to do with this! But when I asked the company to give me in writing that: (a) The system would be fully restored in terms of cooling performance and (b) they would need to make up for the damages to the interiors in view of failing to provide access for service during installation, the company has chosen not to respond back.
                  I have accordingly written to ETA General that I would hold the company fully responsible for my situation and suffering. I have sent them a claim for refunding back the amounts charged for repairing the system which they have failed to do and suitable compensation towards my mental and physical suffering for all these months. ETA General has failed to respond to my claim till date.

                  AC is not giving cooling from few days and also even 1 service is still remainimg a 1 year is not completed and even then also and it started get spoiled or stoped please come and check it as soon as possible pls its very hot because of high temperature we are unable to sleep

                      Hello ogeneral team. My ac not cooling properly. I have given complaint about my ac as its not cooling properly i donno wats wrong wid it. It has already been 100 hrs dat i have lodged the complaint but yet i didn't received any service from ur end.

                        Again the AC is causing problem. Can u please see why u have got worst service center.

                        Lucknow Service Center handled by Mr. Waheed is a worst center.

                        They do not know how to deal with customer.

                          I bought Ogen inverter ac two months back and even paid for installation as dealer said ogen doesnt five free installation now after two months it stopped working and i made complaint on 4 th of august .Technician visited after 2-3 days checked and said will come back and on repeated calling on cutomer care no one responded till yesterday now saying u didnt get it installed from company so has to pay 9000 Rs for it.
                          Hiw could i come to know that person sent by dealer is from company or not am real hurt how could such a big company turn his face from consumer complaint after selli g it

                            I have purchased split AC of O general. After fitment from saller ( dream electronic) no one come service though many times written complain and generate number, personally written complain at saller though no one visited from last 2 and half month. Some functions of ac is not working properly.
                            Also saller is not taking any responsibility of that.

                              I have purchased 1 ton window ac in march 16.but it is not working properly.i m trying establish communication but there are no one interested in resolving complaint.my complaint date is 25th july...today it is 30th july .but no response from them.i have called 4 or 5 time to customer care and my one more cimplaint is, cutomer care machine said to choose my language...i have choosed hindi but there are no one, who answered me in hindi.i have faced problem to talk in any another language..plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I have purchased the 1.5 ton o general inverter type split a/c. about 18 months back for my company office use. 2 months before, a/c is not working due to heavy thunder and lightening in our area.
                                So, i have complaint the o general service office at MADURAI on 27.05.2016 regarding my a/c problem.
                                They told me, please deliver the both units(internal and external unit) at their MADURAI, ANNANAGAR service centre.
                                Immediately, I delivered the a/c units to the madurai service centre on 27.05.2016.

                                After 40 days also no response from the o general service at MADURAI.

                                  I have purchased a split air conditioner about 3 momths ago on 28th of march, it worked prperly on for a month then, it suddenly stopped working and showed timer light we then complained about it in the company .Then after some 30 days they came to check .they checked it and said that now it will work ...but then also there is the same problem now it gets started but its compresser is not working at all even i think its fan is also not working, we r again and again complaining about it in the company but they cant found any solution to this problem .So i request you to provide us your service as soon as possible ..as we are very upset about it ...i am looking forward for a soon help from you sir ..thank you

                                    I've purchased new window ac 1.5 ton of make eta o-general dated 20th may 2016 from vijay sales indrapuram, ghaziabad. It was installed on 21st may 2016 by eta engineer at 5pm. Since the installation ac sounds like a generator, creating a lot of noise. I've never heared or seen an o-general ac making such loud noise. Model number of ac is axge18fhta. On asking the same to installation engineer, he answered that he is not aware the technical aspect of internal working of ac. He is only aware of installation part and he didnot gave any demo of the ac as well to us. We've thereafter at the same time locked a complaint at o-general customer care, request number - gha[protected], which was assigned to a technician (Vinay kumar). We got his contact details through service request which was switched off since the the time we've been trying him. (Contact number [protected]. We have spent 38000inr on this ac. Is that a service which o-general is providing to the customer and harassing customer after purchase. We would want an affirm action to be taken on o-general.

                                      I registered a breakdown request of my O general split air conditioner 1.5 TR dated 5/4/2016. Service request no.CHA[protected]

                                      Your engineer from Perfect Engineers, Santosh Nagar, Baddi Habowal, Ludhiana visited.
                                      He told me that there is problem of gas leakage and taken whole unit to service centre for repair.
                                      After few days he repaired it and sent it back to me and made a bill amount to Rs. 5300/- (3200 for full gas + 1600 for two valves + 500 labour).
                                      I paid him Rs.4000/- because he didn't fixed the unit because underground copper pipes was to be changed. I got that pipes changed and wall plasterd which took some days. After some days when i called him again he didn't completed his work of fixing the unit. And i noticed he only changed one valve but charged me for changing two valves.
                                      I phoned him many times for regular 5 days but he didn't sent any engineer to get the work complete.
                                      Than i called another engineer who completed the work.
                                      Refrigerant gas R-22 which was refilled by your 'Perfect engineers' in the unit was just the half of the quanity needed.
                                      But they charged me extra Rs.1600/- for half gas which they not refilled and Rs.800/- extra for one valve which they didn't fitted.
                                      Which i paid 1100/- extra till now.
                                      And ur Service partner is not listening to anything and shown no concern to anything.
                                      Sorry to say but i didn't expected this kind of irresponsible and deceiving dealing from O General.

                                        A/c not cooling well and more water leakage inside the room. I compliant several times to the shop which i purchase & the company but still no response already we register the compliant last week we received the sms message your compliant is cancelled its create lot of confusions its in under warrenty take immediate action pls kindly do needful asap
