I registered a breakdown request of my O general split air conditioner 1.5 TR dated 5/4/2016. Service request no.CHA[protected] Your engineer from Perfect Engineers, Santosh Nagar, Baddi Habowal, Ludhiana visited. He told me that there is problem of gas leakage and taken whole unit to service centre for repair. After few days he repaired it and sent it back to me and made a bill amount to Rs. 5300/- (3200 for full gas + 1600 for two valves + 500 labour). I paid him Rs.4000/- because he didn't fixed the unit because underground copper pipes was to be changed. I got that pipes changed and wall plasterd which took some days. After some days when i called him again he didn't completed his work of fixing the unit. And i noticed he only changed one valve but charged me for changing two valves. I phoned him many times for regular 5 days but he didn't sent any engineer to get the work complete. Than i called another engineer who completed the work. Refrigerant gas R-22 which was refilled by your 'Perfect engineers' in the unit was just the half of the quanity needed. But they charged me extra Rs.1600/- for half gas which they not refilled and Rs.800/- extra for one valve which they didn't fitted. Which i paid 1100/- extra till now. And ur Service partner is not listening to anything and shown no concern to anything. Sorry to say but i didn't expected this kind of irresponsible and deceiving dealing from O General.
