Genial Holiday Club — Membership

I had paid the 35 k (Membership no GHC18CHDBS03288)& only used their services one time for one night that too a average hotel that cost around Rs[protected].They made false promises at the time of membership but that too we ignored. Also paid the AMC of full year in 2019 & their executive said we can use it untill you next holiday but in 2020 due to pandemic we couldn't use any of the holiday.
Now as I asked them for membership they replied in expired in Jan 2021 but as every other companies are providing 4-5 month grace period in membership but they refused to even listen & when I dropped the mail to no one replied & the best part the customer care not picking up.

I just wanted to discuss the matter before taking any further action but no one is there to listen.

I really regret the decision we made in hurry otherwise no company behave like this, Service industries companies even provide you solutions for the problem, reply to you & we could have find a way because as already paid 35+ 7 k AMC so by some means they should provide us extentions in the membership.
