My genial membership card is going to expire in August and due to pandemic situation for last 2yrs they are not refunding our money i.e 35000/- nor extending our vacation

We were told if any situation happens that u are unable to awail the vacation, then j can extend it but at this pandemic situation they are forcing us to go for vacation
