Hi, Please don't opt for Genie services at all. They don't even train the people and fooling the people. The will give some publicity that they are offering for less price and even we can use Meru Wallet but the drivers are, not ready to come for the pricing listed in the websites/apps. I've booked a cab for intercity trip thinking that it is Rs. 10/km as listed there in website, even I confirmed with the customer care. Just before travelling, the driver is not ready to come at this price and also he is saying he is not even aware of this meru wallet and pricing details. The customer care executives are dumb and even they can't explain what is meru wallet and all to them. Worst ever service...don't opt for Genie at all. I was a frequent traveller in this cab and now I'll surely opt out of this worst ever service. Regards, Sanjeev.

    Hi i have called up to Genie cabs on [protected] on[protected] at 11:00 am in the morning i.e on monday. One of them had attended my call and i have requested them to book a cab from Marthalli to Kenegiri i.e to Accenture Bang8 location. As soon has i have asked for them they said that the cabs are ready and they have booked the cab, i have asked the cab to come at 1:00 pm as i have to go to my office at 2:30 pm and i have even confirmed of the distance and the time it takes to reach the destination. And evrything went as expected and smooth and even the Genie cabs executive had said that i would be getting the cab driver details prior to 20 mins. So that was from my end, later to my shoking experience i haven't received call nor the message has stated by them regarding the chauffer details. And i have waited and finally i have received call from Genie cabs at 1: 10 pm one of the executive saying that "SORRY" we are unable to find the cabs currently in your location, so we cannot provide a cab. These are the words that have been said by the Genie cab executive at the last minute i.e after 1:10 pm it is actually after 10 mins to prior to my booking time. And the executive was in such a way that he is mere bothered of the customers he just says a keyword as Sorry how can a word help me out i have asked the executive to kindly arrange another cab but he seems to be not even listening to the customers. If he really is in my situation and if i would be expressing in the same way as that of the executive how does he feel ?? And finally i couldn't go to office who is responsible for this ? I have called to them prior to 2 hrs but still at the last minute if they come up in this way where is the trust with the customers. According to me its not only me who is suffering it would be every other person might be suffering in this way. Every body is busy with their schedule that they are not free to go ahead and speak about this but now this has happened to one customer next it would be many other customers. I you are really ready to arrange then please do arrange or do say on the first call that is not possible as the cabs are not available currently, but please donot just say a Sorry at the last minute. Finally i would say is even for the minor mistake you should take it as serious. The reason i have come up to post this is atleast some other customers like me shouldn't face the same problems at the last minute. Kindly provide me a solution to this. Reference No: 31745606.       Worst experience with geine cabs they keep you waiting after confirmed booking and never sends you the cab I almost missed my train trusting their services horrible experince no regrets supports or responce from them they are bunch o[censored]nprofessional uncaring naive peole so be carefull or will be in trouble

        I was travelling on a temple trip with my family and had booked a train reservation (through Tatkal). I had booked Genie Cabs, a division of Meru, from my residence to the railway station for 6 PM in the evening on 27th August, 2014.My booking was accepted and I was informed that the driver details would be sent 20 min prior to pick up. I called them again by mid noon to confirm the same, and I got the same reply backed by an SMS that my booking has been accepted and I would get the details of the driver and Cab 20 min prior to the pick up time. I waited until 5:43 PM (20 minutes prior to pick up) and gave them a call and they told me that I would get the cab by 06:10 PM. I called them again at 06:10 PM and they told me that they were sorry as no cabs were available as the driver was caught up in a traffic jam. I got a call at 06:33 from Genie cabs that my trip has been cancelled since they couldn't get a cab or driver. (30 minuets after my booking time). I had to hire an auto rickshaw from my house to the railway station and since it was rush hour, I missed my train and could not get a refund as the ticket was booked on tatkal.As a result I had to come back to my house, and drive down 400 Kim's to the temple, which cost me money, time and physical and mental strain. All these could have been avoided, if Geneie cabs had sent me a prior intimation like other professionally run cab agencies like ola cabs or taxi for sure. ( I checked these before hiring Geneie and they came back to me with a message that cabs were not available at that time)
