Genpact — Background Check Problem

Hi, my name is Vikendra Singh, Reg. ID-2497227, i got offer letter from Genpact on 4th March and on that offer letter date of joining is of 25th March. They told me that their hiring team will call me for my joining date but they didn't call me and when i call them, they told me your joining is cancelled because there is a problem in my background check process but they didn't tell me the reason behind my background check rejection and told me to call up HR but i don't have HR contact No. I have submitted all my documents in the company and give every correct detail in my BGC Process.So i want to know where is the problem in my BGC Process.I am on notice period in my current company and after that i am jobless.
