Genpact — battery replacement | |||
I have been battling a gruesome and harassing experience with buzzmeeh from the past 2 weeks now. I am providing below a detailed chronological narrative so that you get the faintest of idea what a customer has to go through post-sales. I requested for a change of my honor 8 pro's battery and the next day buzzmeeh executive was at my doorstep to provide the same. The following day when the replaced battery was performing even worst than my original battery and to my astonishment it started getting swollen within 4 months o[censored]sage. Then I called buzzmeeh and told them that when you repaired the battery you did not provide me a warranty card(in the beginning i was promised that i will get warranty on this battery for 6 months)I called the services requesting for a change of battery again then they arranged a callback for me in which the technician always tells that battery is not getting received from delhi. To my surprise I did not get any call back this time. Since that day to till dateI have been following up with there executives everyday and half of the time they don’t pick up the calls while rest of the time they give false promises. Till date I am struggling with the battery and no one has come to replace it. Was this information helpful? | |||
