Genpact — FnF not released even after 45 days

I left Genpact due to mental harrassment from my manager, the company is still harrassing me even after I've left. It has been more than 45 days since my LWD and they have not released my full and final. Yes they are responding back to me in emails but they are quoting that fnf cannot be released as business approval is pending. I fail to understand what business approval is required to pay me my salary. I'm honestly sick and tired at this point with their standard template reply that they are looking into my issue at the earliest. Can anything be done about this?
