Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice that few employees from your organization leaking the customer/client call information on WhatsApp, I have attached the screenshot for the same for reference.

This incident happened multiples times and still going on in the process also would like to bring to your notice that other person (Piyush Bhandula Process Abbott) from different process is also involved in the same and working with Shilpa after the shift logout on various account on Microsoft teams on team's screen sharing.

Every organization has compliance monitoring process that ensures employees are following an organization's policies and procedures however looking at the above screenshot on email it’s not been followed and that is impacting the overall business requirements as customer/client data information has been compromised.

Would request you all to look into this on priority before more data will be compromised and will comes a big escalation which will impact the company reputation, also would like to suggest, if possible, system audit can be done for both the employees (Microsoft teams / Email to get more clarification for the same.

There is a 200000 Rs joining bonus showing as recoverable in no due form. I have joined Genpact on[protected] and already completed 12 months as per conditions in the bonus letter. Still I have been asked to pay Rs.200000/-.

I am ex-genpacter. I resigned from Genpact in JUL 2022 after completing 16 years of service.

I am writing mails to the HR department as well as my HR at that time Anushweta and HR manager to accept my PF withdrawal request however there is no response from them and the team as well. It is very disappointing and seems like they are ignoring my mails and I am mailing them form last 15 days. I am also doing top up mails coz i understand sometime mails can be missed but alas this is not the case. They just need to open their PF portal and they need to accept my PF withdrawal request.
