Genpact — Genpact offer rejected by HY after 1 month of offer release

HI Sir/Madam,

I have attended the interview in July 2022 for the role of Accounts Payable- Procedure to Pay and I have selected. I have received the offer of intent on 12 August 2022 and I accepted the offer on the next day. they have given joining date on 25 August 2022. they postponed my joining date to 13 September 2022 because I don't have my reveling letter form my previous organization. I have submitted my reveling letter on 29 August 2022.
Later they keep on postponed my joining date from 13 September 2022 to
19 September 2022. They is no Specific reason why have postponed.
I have called on 16 September 2022 for regarding onboarding process the HR(Priyanka Das) mentioned their is old profile of mine available in their data base, which I have selected previously in the month of October 2021 and I have rejected the Genpact offer while receiving the assets in January 2022 due to some personal issues.

Now I agree that if they would have inform this point before releasing the offer in the month of August 2022. But, now all of sudden HR is saying they cannot consider my profile due to old profile. I have rejected other company offer too since my onboarding process InProgress.

If the HR team could inform this earlier(while releasing the offer) to me I can go and search for other job opportunities. Their is almost 40 days I have waited for this and now I don't have any other offer in my hand.
Simply HR is saying sorry they can't do anything.

Due to this, I lost my 40 days of time and without any pay also rejected other offers by trusting Genpact.

HR Pavithra (pavithra.[protected]@genpact.com) and Keshav (Keshav.[protected]@genpact.com) is the two persons, who have communicated with me most of the time and they didn't inform me about this.

Request you to consider this complaint and please necessary justice for my issue.

HI Team,

I have received a call from Nisha(Nisha.[protected]@genpact.com) and she said will get back to me in 2 days. it has been almost 1 week. i haven't received any response from them.
Request you to provide response for same.
