My name is Gyanav Ranjan Rout OHR ID[protected] I am working since 14 September 2022 now senior HR removed me ileagly without notice without Any infor to me served notice period I even don't know when I served.
Matter:- At time of work I was doing knowledge test just I open my cell phone because my colleague send some pictures after she just passing that time she caught me and told me to show what is this I just show after without permission...

I completed my final round of interview on 8th feb for process associate (content moderation) and on the same day i got selection mail
It has been a month but still I didn't get any offer letter or update from them
How long does it take to receive further communication from genpact?

I have been waiting for relieving and experience letter for a very long time and HR is absolutely non responsive for the closure and they haven't even givenfull and final settlement of my salary. HR is saying it needs to go through multiple approvals and all. But it's been really really very long time now and it seems difficult now to get the closure.

I have been following up with Genpact for my relieving letter and full and final settlement of salary but HR team is very adamant and saying it needs to go througnh multiple approvals and it's been really really long.

Below is the mail that declares that i have given continous follow up and deatiled information to the genpact team an bgv team but not receiving any response from them and having different situations due to this reason Dear All,

I haven't received any update for onboarding.

This is to inform you that PF account with[protected] displaying 4 member pass books.
1- Genius Consultants LTD with Member ID (WBCAL[protected]/470/WBCAL[protected]
2- Karvy Forde Search Private limited with Member ID (APHYD[protected]/120/APHYD[protected]
3- Karvy Digikonnnect Limited with Member ID (APHYD[protected]/120/APHYD[protected]
4- Conneqt Business Solutions Limited with Member ID (APHYD[protected]/120/APHYD[protected]

The First PF Account by Genius consultants was created by the trust and they shared an offer to join the company which I rejected due to contract offer and less CTC and continued with the job search.
The Second Account by Karvy Forde Search Private Limited is having the date of joining the same with the company I have joined for Karvy Digikonnect, which was created wrongly and basic understanding is that no company will allow a candidate to join for two different roles within the same company employment.
The Third Account by Karvy digikonnect has the joining date same as the Karvy Forde Search and i have joined karvy digikonnect and having proper documents shows the clear exit formalities.
The Fourth Account by Conneqt Business Solutions shows the recent employment and I do have proper payslips till this february and going to get a relieving letter from the company in next 45days.

Note : Karvy DigiKonnect and Karvy Forde Search are the same company and this is to declare that I have joined only karvy digikonnect and have proper documents supporting my employment.

Please find the attached screenshot that shows the date of joining and date of exit updated and results that i have not joined the companies as per government passbook error. Additional PDF includes the relieving letter from karvy digikonnect and Not an employee relieving from Karvy Ford Search.
Genius Consultant offer for customer service associate has been attached for reference but have not joined the company pr employer.

I was selected at Genpact on 21st Dec, 2022 and got the letter of intent on 25th January, 2023 for the post of process associate. As per date I came and now they are not give me joining. Denying my phone provided offer. I am from Kolkata and came hare, rent a room and expenses lot . And i am blank now. Not have enough money even to go back. Please help.

I have interviewed for the role called process associate and i have got the offer letter in 24th jan 2023 and again they revoked the offer on 30th jan 2023, as they are playing with the employees they haven`t mentioned anything in the BGV portal also where they gave it, as a genuine candidate i want to know the exact reason of my bgv fail

I have worked in Genpact twice
I have requested for PF transfer, all the needful has been done from my side, but I have not received any clarification regarding my status of a transfer

Have sent multiple emails but have not received any revert from your pf desk.

I got selected in Genpact .I was onboarded on 3rd November 2022. The next day due to some family obligations or trouble, I spoke to HR to resign. HR said you talk to the manager. I spoke to the manager. He asked me to meet him at Genpact office on 7th November 2022 at 4 PM. I told him everything on the phone. The trouble I am in, but they could not understand my problem. Then I called the manager the next day at 4 pm (7 November 2022), sir...

This is regarding my old employer Genpact . I have requested to put date of exit as 8 June 2018 as i had to joined new company on 13th June 2018, however they marked as 19th June 2018. After getting the relieving letter, i was keep following up to change the date of exit...

It's been years they clearly denying to not change it. It worked there for 5 yrs and my whole amount stuck with this... Please help...

I do not have salary, 40 days have been completed, still my salary did not come, even after having such a good organization, but I contact my manager but my manager is also not contacting me..

They provide me the joining letter but when i reached to Hyderabad office location, at that day they denied & refused for giving job.

I have received an Income Tax notice that GenPact paid me a sum of Rs.1, 11, 384 ( Rs One Lakh/eleven thousand/three hundred / eighty four only ) as rentals and claimed deduction' I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TENANT FROM YOUR COMPANY AND AS SUCH THERE IS NO QOESTION OF RECEIVING ANY RENT FROM YOU . This is obviously a clerical mistake for which I am put to mental stress. ONE MONTH BACK I ADDRESSED A LETTER TO neha.[protected]@genpact.com, but there is no reply so far. Will you look into my complaint and solve it immrdiately.

Dear all,
This mail is against the employees of the company who has visited BOOMBOX on 20th August 2022.The employees of the company are writting fake comment on Google again and again spoilling the name of Genpact .we as a small organisation respect the company but because of some employees of the company the image of the company is getting distroy as we have whole footage of people of your company clubbing after 10pm and it was mutually agreed they will close by 10 and also they were misbehaving with staff but for us they were our guest that is why we are treating them properly but this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and we will furture take this complaint to cybercell and many more officials.I am attaching the mail, name of the senior employees like sakshi arora (VP operations)and Karan Kumar(manager) ..and infact in mail they have written 20 employees but in actual they were 34 and I am also attaching the cctv footage of the employees of the Genpact.I seek to ask for strict action against these employees .

Can I ask if you not have the budget why would you scheduled my HR discussion, on top of that you have collected my personal documents. At least be sure about your budget then only proceed further with the candidate's profile.

Because of your irresponsibility I have wasted so much of my precious time on the gig which was not even worthy at the end, from such a high brand I was not expecting this kind of behavior.

It is your responsibility to pick up the calls on time and respond no matter what the scenario is.

from next time onwards do not ask anyone to put down the paper, when you are not even sure from your end.
