Genpact — Genpact Trust PF WITHDRAWAL ISSUE

Hi,
I am ex employee of Genpact OHR:[protected], I have been trying to withdraw my PF since 2020. I have enrolled in PF program and submitted all the documents. When I followed up they said that it is sent for approval. Till date I have not received my PF amount. My contact number is [protected]/[protected]. I request you to look into this issue and provide a resolution. I would like to receive my PF amount at the earliest to avoid further proceedings.

Good day!
Thank you for forwarding the mail to Genpact. I have received a small amount of Rs. 37859, I suppose they have released only one UAN linked PF amount. As Genpact has created two UAN accounts for me one UAN has a sum of Rs. 48871.10 and the other UAN has another passbook balance of Rs 41733.59. I have mailed the Genpact team and never received a response from them. Since PF is legally to be paid back to the ex employee whenever requested with a percentage amount of deduction, Genpact is still choosing to over look this and release the remaining amount which is due to be released. This is causing me allot of stress and mental agony as I am not able to pay my loan emi, rent and utility. As a result of which my credit score is getting affected and i am not in an unemployable situation due to poor credit score. I will await their response or the final credit into my bank failing which I have decided to seek legal help to get my PF which is legally mine.

Kindly help me to get this issue resolved. This money will help me to live for some more time until I find a job.
