Genpact — I am complaining about fake offer letter

Hi, 10 days ago I received a call from Genpact stating that my profile has been considered for a role in IT dept. 1st round was taken on call verbally, 2nd round was technical round, they provided me with a link to give the test but I couldn’t pass that test as I didn’t have technical knowledge, but after couple of days I received all from that person stating that they would still consider my profile and proceeded with 3rd round which was with Operational Manager. Once this was done after 2 days they sent me an feedback email stating that they would require universal identification number from IBM Cognos Analytics. They have given me 15 days of time to get certified on that particular tool by sending me an INTENT OFFER LETTER and provided me with a link to enquire about the course. I enquired and the person called me and gave me an overview and details of the course and asked me to pay the fee for that particular course which was around 15, 400 rupees. I blindly agreed for it without even researching for that particular course on google. Because some person who called herself as HR Manager told me that they would reimburse that fee in my first salary. I paid for the course and started taking classes but that HR from Genpact stopped responding to my emails and calls. I suspected that this person could be a fraud and I checked with couple of people from Genpact whom I know and gave them the email addresses of those HR’s and also asked them to check the INTENT OFFER LETTER which they had sent across. Then it turned out to be a fake letter and those people are not at all part of Genpact. Email ID’s of those people ended with domain (genpactinc.com) which is not part of Genpact Organization. Please be careful of such frauds. After realising when I searched on google there is no such UNIVERSAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER given in IBM Cognos analytics.

Even though they take all the rounds professionally, make sure to search on google before proceeding for any course. These are a gang of people who are involved in such scams and fooling people by offering them with huge salary packages

They offered me the same and I have already registered a complaint against them in Cyber Cell Department. Please contact to your bank and ask them to register a complaint against them. I have also registered a complaint against them on Phone Pe. I got to know about this Job vacancy through Hirect. I have also emailed Hirect about this and I have if Hirect will not help me this, I will register a case against them in consumer court because in there ad on YouTube. They say that they verify the document of the organisation to stop the fraud against candidate and they that this is there speciality.

They also say that this is there speciality that they verify each document of the organisation. So, this can be a mistake or someone is involved in this fraud from the organisation or they are these kind of people to get money.

Thanks for saving me from this fraud. I just got the mail few days back and i also given 3 rounds ..but i got doubt whe i was not able to find hr on likedin and Google search.. then i came through this . And i got to know this is fraud.
