Genpact — I am complaining about putting me on hold after clearing all the rounds test , document verification

Dear sir,
I am totally harassed by one of the HR of Genpact her name is Sonal bajpai.
I given my interview on their mega drive on 19 february and got shortlisted. then she take 22 days to response me for further process then she done my typing test and document verification then she said me to wait. i wait so much, when things going out of my control i called her and she said me that the business firm put your profile on hold and there are some chances they ll hire you and you need to wait. sir i wait around 1 month for just job . she asked me that you ll get offer letter soon i left my job. I m still a job less because of her. she wasted my so much time. Sir i m Harassed badly. She said if the business reject you, we ll conduct your interview on other business. then she never pick my phone, she is that much irresponsible. I cant apply in GENPACT because she uploaded my document and generate my CID that means i cant apply there for next 5 6 months. Sir i want to request you please help me and ask her why she done this to me, I have all the mails details to proof my statement. I want to request you take action against her and please help me i m helpless now.
