Genpact — Incorrect details updated in UAN Portal | |||
Hi, I have worked for GENPACT for 5 years and all PF related query, issue or PF dep handle by SGC services noida branch. EPFO had issue one UAN number for all employees and it’s generated once in employment if we have change the company that number still same. Now SGC updated my incorrect DOB in UAN portal that’s why my New employer is not able to map my new PF account to UAN. I have requested to SGC Correct the same and sent the form but still they are correct it, my previous Employer also copied in communication. | Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello I have worked with Genpact for 3 years I left Genpact in 2014 organization haven't linked my Aadhar card to UAN hence am unable to login in spite of providing required documents ( Declaration form aadhar, Pan, joining letter & pay slip ) they asked me to change my details in PAN card my name is shilpa BK they asked me to change is to shilpa Balachandra Krishmurthy as per AAdhar card i did it now they are asking to change my fathers name from Balachandra krishmurthy to B krishnamuthy if isnt possible to the the law Government has removed the concept of initials in your name, As per the rules of 49 A of Income tax dept ( Central Government ) name has to be expanded along with abbreviation, When the government has made such rule how can i change it to B Krishnamurthy. Moreover Aadhar card has my husband name C/o shashi kiran now how do i get it solved
