Genpact — PF Withdrawal/Transfer

Am an ex employee of Genpact, have worked in Genpact for 13 years and have resigned in Jan 2023.

1) I was told earlier that I can go for PF withdrawal after 60 days post resignation (Source Image Attached)
2) Later in May 2023 have asked to raise a PF transfer request in EPFO Portal (Source Image Attached) and they reason they provided is that Genpact PF Trust is been migrated to EPFO in Feb 2023.
Not sure why was it not informed to me earlier.

Later have raised the request in EPFO portal for PF transfer and waited for Genpact approval in EPFO portal for more than 3 to 4 months but its not approved.

While I reached them on phone and they told the same that Genpact PF Trust is been migrated to EPFO in Feb 2023 and have been asked to cancel the transfer request and wait till my Genpact PF amount is transferred to EPFO portal.

Its been 6 months and am still waiting for my amount to visible in EPFO postal so i can either withdraw or transfer.

Not sure whom should i contact, My 13 years PF amount is not visible to me. Please help me
