Genpact — Terminated- without any Notice period and bench letter same day.

Hi Sir !

I am in stress, need your help and assistance, if I am right.

I have been working at Genpact from last 4 & half years, as Senior Project Associate.
It was good experience, when I was working at Jaipur office, but as I took IGP at Liberty Speciality Market, Gurgaon my experience was bad. I have been working in this Gurgaon process from last 1 & half years.

I have been terminated from services without any notice, on 22/09/2022.
Which is against Genpact policy.

I have taken IGP in this process, I was NI from last many months, as there was very less work in this process & partiality in allocation of work.
When I took initially joined LSM Gurgaon process, my process trainings were not over till 6 months.
Due to which I was not fully trained in all work & Line of Business.
Due to which I was not allocated all work. I has raised this concern to My Manager- Poonam Chauhan & Hr Nidhi Chauhaan at that time.

Due to incomplete process training and less work.

I was on PIP. I asked my manager to please issue me "bench letter", if she dosen't find my performance up to the mark.
But she didn't.
Because she knew it was not my performance, it was her process less work, I am NI.
She made me work till 22/09/2022 in her process, suddenly in a Zoom meeting, hr- Navandeep Sarna told me-
Today is my last working day and they gave me exit.
My all login credentials are closed now.

And the reason she wrote for termination was I didn't completed my process trainings & escalation. The reason was totally lame & false.
If I didn't passed my process training, how come I was in production & working in this process from last 1 & half year?
Sir, my last 3 months accurracy was between 99% to 96% which is far better than other employees in that process.
Employees with 88% to 92% accuracy in my process are taking VIC there.

Sir two things can't go simultaneously.
If I am NI due to bad performance she would have issued bench letter.
But due to partiality in allocation of work, my production was low.
She made me work last 1 & half years as NI. It resulted me on PIP.
I also requested her to issue me bench letter, so that I can take IGP.

No one month notice period, no bench letter was issued.
And I was terminated on 22/09/2022, without any notice.
More over, they requested me to work till 25th September after termination.
As 25th we have closing in my process, as all portant policies, I was working on it.
I also requested for prior notice & salary of October month with hr but no confirmation was given to me.
And all my Genpact logins were closed.

It was my right to take IGP in another process, also salary of October month with one month notice period.
It is against employee rights and Genpact policy.

Sir, please take strict action against my Manager Poonam Chauhaan, if I am right.
I am an old employee of Genpact. My actual experience with Genpact have been very good at Jaipur. I actually admire this company I have been working here from last 4 & half years.
But I am under extreme grievance now.

Sir, I request proper investigation, and strict action against my Manager- Poonam Chauhan, if I am found right.
And provide me compensation and right justice.

More over its 1 month now, I haven't received any "exit mail" on my personal mail id. Due to which I am also not able to apply in another company.

Sir also please provide my appraisal letter which I was not able to download as they suddenly gave me exit & locked my Genpact logins.

I asked hr - Navandeep Sarna to provide me my last "appraisal letter" as I have applied in another company, which is required
But he denied to provide, due to which I am also not able to apply in another company, leading me in stress.

Manager Poonam Chauhaan is not picking my phone, and Hr Navandeep Sarna is also not responding now.

Request for help and suitable action, as soon as possible.
