Sir,

I am residing at House No 413, Ground Floor, Shakti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. There is a sewer line blockage in all pits in the area and in spite of repeated complaints no action has been taken. The sewer lines are blocked for the last few weeks resulting in overflow and backflow of the dirty water into houses and on the road as the Sewer plant in Indirapuram is not working as required which has been confirmed by the officials on duty as well. It is difficult to come out of the house and go in to the house. It is very much un-hygienic condition and will lead to various other health issues in the surrounding areas..

Please give this the attention it requires for an early resolution.

        There is heavy traffic in Khora Sunday market due to a lot of costermongers due to which pedestrians have to face problems, Can't even get out of a single bike. Please do something about this problem

                Problem : Their are two dogs one male and other female . They keep producing puppies and those new born puppies die either by accident some vehicle or something else happens ( 5 puppies of same dogs died last year ) . Today ( 9th May 2022 ) one of 5 new born babies was hit by a car and is seriously injured .

                Request : Sterilisation of those two dogs . Please look into this before more puppies die.

                  I live in sector-2 chiranjeev vihar and want to throw some light on the situation of the drain near railway line which is in really bad state and can cause a minor flood(1-2 feet) just by slight rain that damages private as well as public properties.
                  I just want the drain cleaned before the rainy season so I could be saved from the expenses of the damages caused by it.

                    I Have made payment of House Tax of Rs 951.44 for FY 2022-23 against KN-57207, Name - Prakash, House no C-287, SwarnJayanti Puarm Ghaziabad UP 201013 on 04-May-2022.

                    At the time of payment, payment debited from my Credit Card but the receipt of the same was not generated due to some technical issue, after that i have check the ledger again but the amount is not shown against KN57207 attached the copy of ledger for your reference.

                      Sir / maam I recently paid my house tax online through your website the amount got deducted from my account but the site then got crashed and no receipt was downloaded and I did the payment on 6 may 2022 but till now I have not received the receipt the website is not showing any payment done by me but the amount from my account has been deducted please help.

                        The whole garden enclave colony is fed of dogs attacking residents and passer-by
                        We have also made complaints to your departmnet in the oast but no response came

                                Main line water is having a lot of mud un the pipe. It is hard to fill our tank with that dirty and soily water many o[censored]s in l block have visited vijay nagar nigam but no response from that side and today 3 person came to repair street l8ght and said that the light will work at night but the light is still not working from jan.please help us to improve the water quality bxz it can make huge disease.

                                      Dear Concern,

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that we have been living in the New Gandhi Nagar locality (Ghaziabad) for the last 30years in our owned property. However, for the last 5-6 months, there is no cleaning staff available in our locality. Now there is some government-appointed cleaning staff from some other locality who comes weekly and collect bribes from all households. As we disagreed to pay he started collecting all dirt and stuff in from of my house. Also, he is threatening us that no complaint can do anything to him and everyone will support only him.
