I would like to bring in to your notice about the constant leakage off ganga water main supply pipe leakage from past 05 months which has not been resolved till date 17/8/2020 despite of several complaints.

I would request you to please look in to the matter and take necessary action as early as possible to avoid further interruption of ganga water supply in our lane.

Dear Sir / Madam

I would like to bring in to your notice about the new water pipe line lay down inbetween from H.N. C - 1 to C- 13 Brij Vihar . Sir some parts of digging by JCB (from C-1 to C - 10) but some part of digging through manually from C -11 to C - 13 and digging space up and down this difference approx 2 feet. (2 feet Up side and 4.5 feet Down side )

I would request you to please look in to the matter and take necessary action as early as possible to avoid further interruption of ganga water supply in our lane.

Dear sir,

House tax for pin no. Mn75422 for rs.7790.26 was paid through icici bank gate way using debit card on 17.08.2020, and the amount has been deducted from card account. The amount paid is not reflecting in my ledger account, and still shows debit balance. Since i have not received any receipt could i request you please look into matter and ensure us that payment has been done and provide the status as paid on website for our assurance.
Please do the needful to rectify the discrepancy.

There is daily loss of property in our building (Plot no.386, sector 5, vaishali, ghaziabad) due to monkey menace. This is very surprising that we get daily morning announcement of house and property tax to be submitted but there is no control over these monkey menace.
Look into the case on urgent basis.
Today they broke our overtank pipe and water wastage and money wastage took place. Why should we pay property tax if nagar nigam will not take care of these issues.

Our tower have 96 unite of flats & chambers and al-most ganga water supply is negligible in this regards we already lodged a complaint but did'nt respond from your office. Kindly note that we are the residents of kamadgiri tower facing major problem due to insufficient supply of water, so you must ensure the sufficient of water supply and before visit our tower you may inform us because we can do explain problem as well. We are law abiding citizen and paying civic charges in advance as per the u. P. Govt. Rules & regulation so we can do aspect proper services which are provided by gnn.

This is very annoying from your side that in this world of advanced technology we the people of shyam enclave are facing the problem o[censored]ndue darkness. Consecutively 4-5 lights of our locality are not working. They neither glow even in the darkest nights. This also has increased the threat to thefts and accidents onto the road. I cannot name how many phones have been snatched from innocent people. Neither of the street light glows here. Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.

Sir/madam,
with due respect i want to inform you that i live opposite maharaja agrasain public school. the condition of the road is devastating. corners are badly broken and due to gas pipeline work all the road has been Digged due to which ditches are formed, road became very critical in rainy season water get trapped are over the road. road is not previous at all. sometimes accident also happens due to this divasting condition of road. kindly consider my views and take some action as early as possible.

On behalf of all the residents in the lane beside the drain in sector-6 vaishali, commonly known as "naale waali gali", i would to state the problem of open drain in front of our houses which has decaying waste in it. It has not been cleaned since last 6-7 months, and is hence foul smelling. It will soon be responsible for many health issues arising among people living here.

Please pay attention to this serious problem and take essential steps.

There is a swimming poil in the society which is not operational and from last 2 months rain water is acumulater there and lakhs of mosquitoes are breeding due to which the residents are suffering from dengue, maleria and other problems. We have complained many times to the rwa as well as the builder but all in vain. The situation is very worst here, please look into the matter and make arrangement for its cleaning.

On gt road chaudhary more near police chowki there is a generator kept on the road by dulha ghar which creates lot of noise and pollution which is very harmful for us. People also have started urinating in hide of the generator because of which lot of smell come and diseases also spread. Proper toilet has become because of the generator.
The owner of the generator also misuse the political power of mp satish gautam through which it is not fined. Please take serious action

No response yet from anyone. I contacted them again today and they are saying this will time and not sure about anything. First they 3 days and after 3 days they are saying it will take more time. they don't even know the issue.

Customer care executive is keep repeating one thing this will take time and when I asked him what is the issue.
he has no idea about it.

Hello sir/madam,
Please be noted top floor owner (4th floor) is do illegal construction on terrace. This can be a dangerous for other one. You know the building material of building what builder use. By making shades on terrace, labour doing so many drills on wall resulting it has gone weak.

I would suggest you take immediate action to stop this construction. Labours are working weekend in lockdown period. This also harm full for building member.

As per my knowledge 4th floor is already illegal and he is creating shade wall on terrace that is also illegal and dangerous for other people who lived there.

I am sending same copy to chief minister (Up) office website and environmental office website.

I am a resident of the c 194 block shalimar garden ext 2 sahibabad ghaziabad up. People are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.
