As to be responsible citizen here i request to keep my identification confidentially. As a coaching center with the name of monestary located in pratap vihar sector near shiv mandir near by flores hospital is running in a unauthorized way as they don't obtain any legal certificate to run coaching center also not providing the facilities like emergency medical kit, fire extinguisher etc.., as they teach to a huge number of students but still there are these facilities are absence due to which each student who studied in that coaching along with the teachers are not secure.in other word they are running a business in the name of education as you may also cross verify by asking a random or different question to the students. If am not wrong the students of that coaching are able to compete with those students who are studing there instead of the same field/class students.

I request as it's all about the bright future of the students and of india as well.

One more thing i would like to say that they already created a environment which is very bad to the students who are there in present and for future students also.

Kindly, take an appropriate action against that coaching and also instruct to not to take fee from those students who belongs from poor family as there are focusing only to do business and way to get the more profit on monthly basis.

I am writing this is concern of the menace created by street dogs in our neighbourhood. There are tens of dogs which keep howling at night making it difficult to sleep.
They even make it difficult for people walking on the street by attacking them. This morning there was so much blood on the street because of the dogs fighting and biting each other.

I am animal lover but this situation is beyond that, it’s really detrimental for the society. I request you to take suitable measures as soon as possible.

My complaint no cid[protected] dt9/12 is not attended. While acknoleging complaint it was stated that it will be attended by 12/12/2019.
In viveka nand nagar ghaziabad near post office gayatri mandir on road main water line is leaking and drinking water is waiting on one hand and it is damaging road on the other hand. Besides this the vehicles passing on the road flows water on the commuters.

Sahani tower c block rajender nagar sec 5 me ground floor per shops hai. Koi bho shop wala na to safai karata hai or nah hi common passage ko bhi apna saman rakh kar band kar dete hai. Kafi bar in logo ko bola but ye koi action nahi lete.. Back side me jo gali hai usme sever hamesha bhare rehte hai kyoki ye log sara kuda usme hi dal dete hai.. Please ap log kuch kare nahi to yanha sare me gandgi or atikaman ho jaiga..

We are facing so many problem like drain cleaning problem and i have so many time complaint to mr. Chatar singh but he did not took any action on this now a day in our area the water coming out from drain and it is very bad for us because if the drain water will come out into walking area so how the people go anywhere

It is humble request to you please take action on this problem and you should tell chatar sing parshat this is his responsibility to resolve the people problem because he is the nigam parshat of my area

There is an edge stone (Atta chakki) which runs om diesel generating considerable amount of air pollution plus the noise generated by it is unbearable, one cannot even talk to a nearby person when this chakki runs. The concerned person runs it for nearly 5-6 hours a day causing nuisance. He runs the machine on diesel and has placed the machine outside his house on the street encroaching the public space. Kindly take an action as soon as possible as the locals are being troubled a lot by the air ans noise pollution.

This to bring to your attention that sewer located in front of our home sf 83, shastri nagar is not cleaned since last 2 yrs. Please send someone to clean it urgently as our water is coming inside our home.

Nobody has cleaned it and it is hidden by bricks by workers who created path.

Please send someone.

The sewer workers never came to clean it

It's a high time for us because we don't have any place nearby to throw garbage so people are throwing here and there and making calony polluted.in our area no such garbage van is coming to collect our dump. Please provide us a garbage van so that we can throw our dust there. It's a new calony so that's why there is no such service provided. I have been here since 2 years but no such facilities is provided by govt. I hope you would listen to my issue and will be resolved.

Increasing number of stray dogs in the society. I am a resident of sector 19 vashundhara ghaziabad.
The number of stray dogs in the are have risen so much.

This is resulting in frequent confrontations and resulting in man animal conflict.
A number of people, secially children have been bitten by stray dogs over the past few months.

No steps have been taken in the past regarding the sterilization or population control of these dogs.

Please send someone to pick these dogs. It is 1 am and they are barking like anything and it is impossible to sleep every night. We tried everything byt they fight and bark at every night and it is frustrating and they are increasing in numbers. They are everywhere and they even bite people and bark at them without any cause. At lease 10 - 15 dogs are there.
I request you to pick all of them so that we can be at peace.

I am a resident of kaushambi (Ghaziabad). I am filing this complaint with reference to the chaos created by the stray dogs in kaushambi. Almost all the residents of kaushambi are facing a enormous amount of problem due to the stray dogs as the stray dogs roam around the streets of kaushambi, they enter the building premises of the buildings also. There have been some instances dog bites also. People are facing a problem to even walk on the roads. So i request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and take an action on the above as soon as possible.

I write this to draw your immediate attention to the problem of monkey-menace in our society and area around us for past few months. A group of monkeys are harassing the residents on daily basis. They can be seen on the stairs, windows, terraces, etc. Because of monkey menace children and old people are not able to move freely. Monkey bite news has become common everyday. Kindly get the monkeys trapped and release in forest area at the earliest. Thanks

There was a road earlier at the end of the street connecting other street, same was illegally encroached/constructed by jaswinder singh and family and they constructed their house over it as they have property on both side of streets, because of this other residents are facing issues in commuting. On the top of this they also covered some area by putting some tires and iron rings and they also constructed a ditch/nalli in between the road just to cover extra road illegally. Please request you to look into this and take necessary steps as soon as possible.

I have to bring to your notice a serious public health problem faced by residents as there is a garbage collection near janhitkari apartment. It is stinking and the foul smell has made the life of the residents in the area miserable. Besides, mosquitoes, flies and other disease – carriers breed in these garbage dumps and pose a serious health hazard to all o[censored]s. People are not able to stand in there balcony as smell is too hazardous.
I, therefore, request you to see to it that the garbage is cleared without further delay, and that, in future, the work of removing the garbage is carried out regularly.

Dear sir,

Street light of pole no 3, street no -7, d block, govind puram, ghaziabad is not working from last more than 40-45 days, you are kindly requested to replace the pole light immediately.
This is creating the problems every day. We are paying the taxes to ghaziabad nagar nigam also & paying our electricity bills regularly, even that we are not having the basic facilities.

Hi i am resident of h. No a/sf1 ratan krishan garden apartment mahendra enclave shastri nagar ghaziabad there is a vacated plot besides our flag and one cow man dump all animal wastage in that plot which is causing smell mosquitos in our house request you to please help. I have raised complain t earlier also but did not got any resolution of same. They are dumping tons of cow dunk in plot which is causing problem in breathing. I request to authority to take necessary actions

I am a native person from gali no.6 dhanpat colony, sector-5 near ankur apartment rajendra nagar sahiababad ghaziabad up. I want to draw your attention towards an serious issue, ie.in our street one ro plant which is running in colony and daily thousand of liters water extracting & selling, supplying, due to this water level of our area going to be decrease day by day, for your kind information they are not following the safety standard and also using the fake electricity connection to run the filter and cooling unit, so it also a question about save energy as well as water level.
Kindly take a serious action in this matter.

This r. O water plant own by nirajan dhama (Police) so unethically extracting daily & no one is point out bcz he belong to police.

Indira kunj colony gda near sanjay colony at arthla does not have proper facility for dumping, holding and disposal of garbage. Local sweepers collect garbage from sanjay colony through thaila and then dump it in open land back side indira kunj colony gda flat. A proper civil structure or metallic body structure required outside the colony for dumping the garbage, it's holding and then collection by nagar nigam. Similar facility is being provided at various places in ghaziabad. Kindly arrange same at the earliest to keep area cleaned.

I live in near vidhyanjali public school, kahrera colony, waste collecting van don't come in each area of this colony because of which people throe their house waste anywhere and some people burn the waste, there is no management for waste, here waste is accumulating on the side of the road, it is very difficult to pass from there. Animals like dog and cow eating plastic from that waste accumulated on the side of the road it is plastic is harming their health, i hope that you will do something about this problem.

Dear sir/ma'am,

Would like to bring to your notice that sewer in our locality (Near house number 969, sector-3, vasundhara) is full and due to which many of the drains in the locality are getting full and fouling smell. Because of this menace, mosquitoes are prevailing and many of the residents nearby are affected and fear of getting deceases are very high.

Since air pollution is very high, this smell coming out of drains and sewer is adding lot to it.

My request is to look into the issue as soon as possible.
