GHMC — Dust collectors rude behaviour and asks for money

This complaint is regarding the dust collectors and their idiotic behaviour towards people.
First is how much money do we pay for them on a monthly basis.
Second is why do we pay for every festival to them.
Why these people asks for money again n again.
They don't even wait at door step to collect dust. Where do we throw it then? Swacch Bharath ke naam par, kithna paisa lootoge Bhai?
Can someone from GHMC take action on this? Please do not say that. You didn't understand what I'm trying to tell here.
