GHMC — Requirement of a speed breaker

Hello Sir,
This is Mohammed Abdulla Abdul Wajid, resident of H.No: 8-1-523/73, Brindawan Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, 500008.
Our house is at a turning and it has become a serious accident prone turning. In fact there are incidents of rash driving resulting in an accident at least thrice a week if not more frequent. There is steep on both the roads connected to this turn and so the vehicles are rather fast and mostly uncontrollable. Third major risk with this turn is that it is blind turn, one cannot see oncoming vehicles until they are too close to prevent a crash. Please consider my request of constructing a speed breaker on this turning.
