GHMC — sewage overflow

Sir i m residing at h. No 12-8-206/a/4 near ayaapa temple mettuguda sec 17. My house swage chamber is over flow and bad smell spread... There is difficult to breathe also.
In this regard logged a complaints on 28/11/17 complain no 2017-11-w382375 but nothing to be done.
I also contact to ghmc 24×7 customer care no 155304 she told me contact to ur circle complaint staff mr ch. Srinivas... He is unreachable..
