GHMC — Stray dogs issue @ Esamiya Bazaar

We are facing stray dogs issue in my locality, Even after raising many complaints to GHMC they are not taking away dogs from the area - around 10 dogs in front of my house always ! We are facing multiple issues with them - barking all night, spoiling the road, attacking kids & two wheelers riders. Do I need to give any written complain so solve the issue! Attached photo
