Sir With due respect I would like to put few lines for your consideration. I am Bhom Singh Chauhan. I have taken a loan from your branch having No RJ[protected] dated 09 Mar 2016 on fixed rate interest of 9.95%. After 01 year I had requested to reduce my interest rate and company accepted my requested and changed it to 9.35% with floating rate. Recently I have put an application for transferring my loan to SBI. SBI requires the closure report and same was received from your side on 22 Feb 2021 with 2% fore closure interest of Rs 60853. As per RBI letter No DNBR (PD) CC No 101/03.10.001/2019-20 dt 02 Aug 2019 and as per your office MITC Guidelines, it is clearly stated that No fore closure charges will be levied on floating rate type loan. Now I would request you to look into the matter to avoid negative consequences on your side. I hope you would quickly resolve my issue.
