Gic Housing Finance — Interest rate does not got reduced for housing loan - flex interest account | |||||
For flexible loan account (Home loan), interest rate supposed to be reduced as rate of interest gets reduced by reserve bank of india. Repo rate. They do not provide information that interest will get reduced if we pay switch fees. Also no information on reduced interest plan. Gic still charged me with highest rate of interest Ince last 2 years. They do not offered complaint register to do complaint. They refused to adjust overpaid interest against the principal.
