Order no :[protected], i tried contacting gifts2grab on whats app and all other means but i have not received any response from them . The power bank doesn't work properly and is surely a faulty product because it only gets charged up-till 75% in-spite of plugging it in whole night . The box doesn't include all the particulars except the USB cable and the Power bank . I am extremely unhappy with there service and would like to raise a complain against this act .

Updated by rajeev100 it has been 5 days since i am trying to contact gifts2grab but the company is not replying on any of the means , i request them to look in to the matter as soon as possible . thank you
