Gifts2Grab Customer Care's response As you are aware that we had send the courier via speed post(CM[protected]IN). since your address was short the same was not delivered and nor did we get the shipment back from speed post. We have lost the shipment/Money too. But, since many days we were checking with other courier companies also, but unfortunately they were not taking the shipment because of short address (Sikkim, Tadong Gangtok) which is too short. We have also spoken to you regarding the same multiple time. Now, since we received an alternate address from you we are dispatching the package again today and will update you with the tracking details via email.
