Dear sir, I have purchased SAMSUNG split AC on 2nd April 2011. recently my AC compressor was failure.Samsung service engineer accept to replace the compressor. but, they are asking for invoice copy. unfortunately my invoice copy was missed. I meet your branch manager (Tambaram) for duplicate bill.Still no reply. So, kindly consider my request .If any service charge need for duplicate bill .i will pay.
