Girias — Worst Customer Service | |||
Bought a LG Fridge on 5/6/15 @ Mahalingapuram (Chennai). Product was delivered on 6th. The fridge had a physical damage and the LG service engineer ordered for a replacement. The replacement did not reach in the stipulated time. As a last resort, this was informed to Girias. The Showroom Manager's response was highly irresponsible. 1. There was no post delivery care of the product. 2. During sales the representative did not inform about the pros and cons of the product. 3. The showroom manager said, they dont care about the feedback and they know to attract customers. Girias was recommended to me by a friend and with all frustration I write this to say that I shall never recommend Girias. The target was sales and never about customer satisfaction. The answers were very authoritative and not responsible. If I had to wait for 7 days to use a brand new product, then there is no point in buying the product. Worst timelines, Irresponsible responses and extremely negligent attitude doesn't make us feel any good in spending our money at Girias to buy a sought household product. The purpose not met and till date almost 50 calls made to Girias, LG and so many other intermediates including the driver which is not the customer's responsibility after paying a sum for the product. - Highly Frustrated-Never Gonna Be Again To Girias-Customer. Very worst service ambattur branch i bought a ony led tv but they not delivered on time and buyed a samung mobile 15days back they told will give a powerbank in two days but till date they did not gave when ever iam calling they are telling stock not avavailble if i ask to give the phone to manager they saying he is not available, then what the hell manger i doing in shop, while buying the product 10 times he will come and ask how may i help you after buying he not even atten my call worst service

I bought kenstar double cool dx air-cooler in mandaiveli giriyas branch.within 2mnths it's not working properly.it wires sparks.i informed them.they not respose .I lost my bill copy.so that I asked them for the duplicate bill copy.they not replied well.for the past 3mnths we go there and they told us same answer.very bad experience in ur showroom.atleast if they give me the duplicate bill copy I can cover warranty .very pathetic experience
Good morning sir my name is manoj kumar, i have bought more establisment from you, two days ago, i had come to your company, why would you say that the cooker is free for the purchase of air conditioner, i went there and asked your staff for information, i have him asked before and he did not answer correctly, ok i so i got the stuffi needed, i needed ro water, i asked your staff if the house needed it, the anwer he gave, everything is stuck in your home as an electronic item's, you will die at the age 60 and you will die at the age of 40, that's what he told me ask and you will know that I can fight within your company, yet one of the reason why I did not fight there was because I was one I am the manager for the company if I fight there customers there may frown, now knowing that, i stepped back, he must have responded to that word, if not I will do what I can, I really like your Company, do not act by keeping employees like this, I need respect for myself, he needs to talk to me, his name is ramasamy
