Respected sir,
I ordered 5 product (dress) from girlives on 4th November 2020. My order was confirmed via mail and I paid Rs.1881 for that to payumoney through google pay. Apart from the confirmation, they haven't sent any mail or other messages until today. I tried to contact them via mail several times but no response at all. Kindly please consider this complaint and do the needful. The advertisement for girlives was got from Facebook. The mail id from which I got the order confirmation is as below
