In Facebook, I saw an advertisement of a website named "Girlives.com", I clicked the link and ordered a cloth top of Rs 399 through online payment. But the truth is they scammed me and my money was in transacted by a company called Ccavenue.com. Now I haven't received any call from the shopping site and I lost my money. Now their website is blocked.Thank you....

I thought they were giving honest discounts and the website looked genuine so I chose online transaction and money was in transacted by a company called Ccavenue.com. Now I haven't received any call from the shopping site and I lost my money. Now their website is blocked. I have attached all the relevant pictures and details....

I ordered 5 product (dress) from girlives on 4th November 2020. My order was confirmed via mail and I paid Rs.1881 for that to payumoney through google pay. Apart from the confirmation, they haven't sent any mail or other messages until today. I tried to contact them via mail several times but no response at all. Kindly please consider this complaint and do the needful. The advertisement for girlives was got from Facebook....

I ordered a Ladies dress from Girlives.com, and made the payment of Rs 380/- via credit card . This was done on 26th Oct. However even after 1 month, they have not reverted with their delivery .
I have sent multiple emails to them, but there is no response from them.

They do not have any physical address . Their Website is www.girlives.com...

I had order on 21 oct 20 but deliveries not done almost 16 to 17 days but not got my material i had paid online 1197 /-.from site i found customer care number [protected] but after many time ring any body not responded on this number e mail of this site is [protected]@gmail.com via shopify.com . i was mail on two three times but not responded pls my humble request return my money...
