[Resolved]  Gitanjali Jewels — committed price fraud

we received a gift voucher issued by Geetanjali Jewels from ACC Ltd., for Gold Coins. We submitted the voucher and received a written commitment from their Ludhiana Store. The coins will be delivered after 3 months from the date of submitting the voucher. But after three months the store owner refused to deliver the gold coins in writing with the reason mentioned as head office not delivered it to them. We tried hard to get the coins as per commitment but no response from Geetanjali.
