They are uploading videos on facebook showing that the gold ring they are providing is 18k gold but actually that ring is of copper. I tried to contact them for return the ring they are not responding and they are simply fooling customers. I have bought a gold pendent on online portal of gitanjali jewels worth rs.15999/- through my credit card & they did not delivered the product & my money got deducted.

It is still showing outstanding in my credit card statement as gitanjali jewels did not reversed the payment.

Now they have closed their website & no-one is there to pick up the phone.

Please look into it.

This is about geetanjali jewels, 3rd eye complex, cg road, ahmedabad. Geetanjali had a scheme of selecting items from the shop and paying advance.
The, made to order, jewelries were to come from its hq, mumbai after 3 weeks.
