Misleading information - Store in Indranagar, Bangalore
I was told during purchase that the product at any point can be exchanged at full value at buy back at 90%.
When visited last time, they told me it will take 6 months to receive the cash. When asked why 6 MONTHS it was told some RBI issue they have been closing some schemes etc etc. I was asked to come back after 5 months.
Today when i request for BUY BACK they say product needs to complete 3 years from the date of purchase.
This is clear case of cheating customers by misleading.
Why the hell should i wait for 3 years for BUY BACK.
This is not even communicated to me... As a consumer I have my rights to know why are they cheating customers.
Not only with expensive diamonds as compared to other stores but also by not accepting for refund which they had committed for during purchase. Was this information helpful? |
