Gitanjali Jewels — complaint on gitanjali jewels

I have bought a gold pendent on online portal of gitanjali jewels worth rs.15999/- through my credit card & they did not delivered the product & my money got deducted.

It is still showing outstanding in my credit card statement as gitanjali jewels did not reversed the payment.

Now they have closed their website & no-one is there to pick up the phone.

Please look into it.
