Gitanjali Jewels — gold ring purchased from gitanjali jewels

I had purchased a gold ring of ₹3100 in discount offer from gitanjali jewellery. They are uploading videos on facebook showing that the gold ring they are providing is 18k gold but actually that ring is of copper. I tried to contact them for return the ring they are not responding and they are simply fooling customers. I would request you to take quick actions against them so that they can’t fool more customers. I have all the proofs with me the ring they provided is of copper.
