I have been calling the toll free number listed on package to no avail. Long waits, hang ups and the last straw is :we aren't accepting any calls".[protected]. I wanted to advise them about packaging. The tube has a small tab to open and it broke off leaving nothing. I had to use scissors to open the tube resulting in a mess. Not what i expected for an expensive toothpaste. Not happy with product and lack of customer service. Nowhere online or facebook for company contact and they aren't accepting calls! This is to report a faulty batch Celin Batch EP126 MFG SEP 17, purchased in Bangalore. A foreign object- a strand of human hair- was found in one of the tablets in this batch.
This is unacceptable, please acknowledge and investigate at the earliest.

A piece of the gum I purchased in a 160 pack was cut. I can send photo. Also, the product was abnormally weak. Perhaps a 2mg in a 4mg box?
