[Resolved] Glazedinc.com — non delivery of goods | |||
Ordered tempered glass on 26 april with prepaid full payment of rs 495. But there is no clarity on the delivery till date. The shopping portal does not even have customer care number. Support is only handled through email. I have written 3 to 4 mails but there is no proper response and just replied with third party tracking reference of delivery channel they use. Also called the delivery channel delhivery for tracking and they tried twice to pick up order from seller but the package was not available from seller. The cancel order link does not work means i can't even cancel the order. Have emailed them to cancel the order but no response. I also managed to get mobile no from their facebook account but no one answers the call as well. I would like to get my order cancelled and refund of payment i had made as there is no proper response, no expected deliver date, very poor customer service, no update on delivery. Stayclassy web site fake hai customer ke paise kha rhe hai uske baad koi update nhi koi customer service help nhi products customer tak jata hi nhi..

Same problem glazedinc se maine 28 feb ko order kiya tha but 4 may ko parcel nearest hub par aa chuka hai last 3 dino se out for delivery ho rahi hai but saam ko message aata hai parcel undelivered. Mai kya karu please help me anybody.
This site is fraud..i ordered tempered glass but it came over size ..ao i emailed them and they asked me to send a pic of glass overlapping so i send but no reply and after i send multiple texts they asked for my upi id, i send but no response and same goes on.its almost a month but i havent received my money back nor replacement..im shortly uploading a videos on this fraud site service on every social media platform
