I had placed an order on glazedInc with Order ID: 156269 on 13 March'23 and Paid Rs 728.
Someone named Shabana replied once that she will check and hasn't got back to me.

Its been close to 10 days and no one is replying.

I am ordered a tempered glass for my OnePlus 8pro mobile its cost 865 INR. Paid on online and broken product recieved then I am informed to glazed with total broken product picturs&videos thrue email to (Glazed Inc • [protected]@glazedinc.com) about recieved broken product. Glazedinc replaid me to send back the broken product with speed post to this B-1085 Heera Panna Shopping, Powai, Mumbai-400076, INDIA address. I am sended to this address. Already 1 month completed for returned to products but still no get my refund. I am Contacting galzed with mail about refund and I getting nonsense, waste reply

I have ordered a product from their website and it's been 1 week no update has been given for the delivery of the product

I order the glass card and case worth of 870 rs for both items but i recived only glass card no case in the package so i do mail them but no response

I have placed the prepaid order on 21/04/2022, but till that day there is no update on shipping. They updated the shipping partner as Bluedart and assigned AWB number but didn't handed over the item to courier partner and while enquiring over email they are saying that they are resolving the issue with courier partner but the fact is they are not providing the product package to bluedart people.

I placed my order on 8th march I was expecting and as the company promised the delivery to be done by 12th march, but no delivery was made even the tracking website says the order wasn't picked up yet. Really disappointed with this kind of poor service. Screen protector and back covera are suppose to a urgent requirement as they protect our device on a day to day basis, if you can't meet with that single problem why make fake promises of delivery dates ?
Really upset with this kind of service . Also no response over my emails no, resolution to my problems. DISAPPOINTED.

Glazedinc se maine 28 feb ko order kiya tha but 4 may ko parcel nearest hub par aa chuka hai last 3 dino se out for delivery ho rahi hai but saam ko message aata hai parcel undelivered. Mai kya karu please help me.

I have ordered tempered glass in their site, they have delivered me a broken product and they are not giving my refund, I have been sending mails to their customer care but no response.
Now I have lost my money Rs.850.

Please do something about this frauds!!

I have ordred 2.5D ‘Real’ Curved Glass for my mobile "Realme GT Neo 2 5G" but i have received without front Camera cutout glass also glass size is little bit long not proper fit to my Realme GT Neo 2 5G phone and black border of glass is little bit hiding my display screen as well.
As per guidlines and policy of Glazedinc, i have raise a request by email(Tue, Dec 14, 8:55 PM) for provide correct glass(With camera cutout glass) or Refund the paid amount, till date no response from Glazedinc compony even after multiple email's follow-up(Thu, Dec 16, 1:50 PM & Dec 18, 2021, 12:45 PM)

No delivery agent has call till now.. All the tracking updates are false. Please get my items delivered or refund.

Ordered tempered glass on 29th June with prepaid full payment of Rs.450/-. But there is no clarity on the delivery till date. The shopping portal does not even have customer care number. Support is only handled through email. I have written emails but there is no proper response and just received standard response. The delivery channel Delhivery tracking shows as "Activity : Not Picked - Shipment not received from client" and the status as "PICKUP_EXCEPTION".

The cancel order link does not work means I can't even cancel the order. Have emailed them to cancel the order but no response.

I would like to get my order cancelled and refund of payment I had made as there is no proper response, no expected deliver date, very poor customer service, no update on delivery.

Not delivering the orders. Yet they are showing as delivered on the site. There's not even a customer care number. No response from them.

On 22 may i had placed my order for my poco x2 tampered glass with matte finished cover of rs 750. Which i had paid through google pay. After the purchase i never received the order number/tracking number. After several emails to the customer service they have failed to do the needful. When i try to cancel my order the cancellation link doesn't work.

I placed an order through your website for tempered glass for redmi k20 mobile and paid rs 495 through google pay on 14th of october 2019

I placed order directly from your website without creating any account, so how to know the status of order placed or whether order has been placed or not successfully.

Please do the needful and if order is not placed please initiate refund in this regard

I ordered my tempered glass from them and received a defective product and not promised as on their website. The product had bubbles and also it is not perfectly fitting as written on their wesite, my phone's led notification light is getting covered if i place it perfectly with the earpiece and now i can feel it coming out from below like a cutout.
So i didn't got the product as described and they are not replacing or refunding my money.

I have ordered tempered glass for samsung galaxy s10 plus on 14.07.2019. Before ordering the product, i have gone through with some reviews done by youtubers where they said it will work well with in-display fingerprint. I got the delivery on 17.07.2019 by 5.50pm and opened the package. The packaging was good but to my shock, the tempered glass was broken. As per glazedinc's policy, if any default product received, customer needs to contact them immediately and they will revert back to the customer by 24-48 hours by mail only as they don't have any contact details on the site not anywhere.

I sent a mail detailing the same on 17.07.2019 at 6.02pm with photo proof. However, i didn't receive any reply from them (Till 19.07.2019 @ 10.00am), not i can contact them as they don't have any contact number. The tempered glass cost me rs 765/- (Including discount) which is not a small price for a temprered glass.

Also called the delivery channel delhivery for tracking and they tried twice to pick up order from seller but the package was not available from seller.
