Aarthi kesav bdo, of gleam technologies has collected cash rs.2124/-
On 13th feburary, for form filling job. After collecting the amount the next moment she stopped answering the call.
Till today i have sent number of emails to the companies to aarthi kesav bdo and sneha bdo but no reply yet.
I called upon support team who is not giving proper reply.
Hence i am submitting this form
I need the refund amount rs.2124.
Requesting police to take against the erring staff aarthi kesav bdo immediately.

Hoping if action take it can able to save people falling victims to these online fraud companies.
If not complaint will be sent to the media people asking them to bring and eye opener about these mushrooming online data entry company.

My agreement has ended on the month of october from then i am contentiously asking for my refund amount, but every one are pushing the day's saying like under process. For how many days application will be under-process.? It's been 2.5+ months i am asking for my refund amount.

Please consider this email in serious note and do refund the amount on earliest.

I have purchased 3 project id from gleam technologies ("rew15015947, rew15016203, rew15016202") on month of october 24th 2017 and paid amount of 5, 600rs/- as security deposit during agreement signed during project discussion the security amount should be refunded on close of agreement, i have closed the agreement a year back and asked for refund process with assigned manager
"sneha" and there was no proper response from her all the response i got is negligence reply that's all, then i raised the ticket for refund process with customer support team and person by name "surajee" used to handle my ticket and he said like you need to wait till 24th october 2018 till the end of agreement, i said ok and waited long for 1 year to get complete for my refund amount, and later from month of october 27th i am continuously following up to get my money back but i failed to get only the response they are giving is "your ticket is created and assigned to refund process please wait" the same thing i am hearing from past 4 month, there is a completely negligence response from gleamtechnologies i am getting, i am asking for my deposited money back and it's a small amount of 5, 600rs/- they cant able to initiate my refund process, they asked for agreement copy and other details even i submitted i am not getting any response or my money back.

Being a corporate company it's a completely a shame for the response they are showing towards their customers and fed up with this company to get my deposited amount back from them. Any new guy's trying to take the project from this company think twice you deposit the amount and even for your 100% effort you wont get proper paid.

I take two projects...06.03.2017 and another 15.07.2017... I finished my work on time and submitted the project... And last they reject my work and i did't get any money they said that i did so many mistakes in html. Thats the reason. I made two deposite in gleamtechnologies 06.03.2017-rs 1800/- and 15.07.2017-rs 1800/- total =3600they told that we will refund deposit money after one year. We made a bond also. Upto now 1 year 11 months completing still they didn't do payment.in this months i called support guys nearly 40-50 times. 4 to 5 people were there they will lift the call and they will say you will get payment by this week or next week. Upto now till date they dragged the days like this. This is the severe condition. They have to pay the extra money and please put a case on the gleam technologies. Consumer complaints you have to take this condition as severe condition and want to case a file on this fraud company. So many innocent people are here. They are cheating people like us. Please help me getting my amount (3600/-) immediately. (Serious serious serious... Issue) the first agreement is over... They have allready inform me that... The things that your refund will be taken place, at the end of your agreement contract date on :[protected]... But i did't get my refund yet... Then where is my money... You are always cheating me... So many people write a review about gleamtechnology is a cheating company... Most people have lost money to this scam... They block my number... I have not signed any of their documents nor have i taken up any work. I had only made a payment of Rs 2145/-, The details and payment proof are already mailed to the respective department.
Yet, I haven't heard from the company about refund and they aren't even replying back.
Please do me the refund, Failing to which I will seek Legal Actions against the organisation.

I got to know about this company from naukri.com, after that i recieved a text message stating my resume was shortlisted and that i had to call the office. After tat the process was assisted by their assistant and she asked me to pay rs. 2145/- right away, stating that the amount was refundable and i could get it back in 24 hours after applying for the refund. Now i've been calling these people and they are dodging me from one person to another. I only want my refundable deposit. I have all evidences of payment/payment proof.

One of my project deposit for a html tagging work was pending. My project id was rew15012761. I fail to submit the project work on time. So i have applied for refund. At that time i have received a letter from glem, dated 31.05.2017 with with a refund reference no: 2786. So i humbly request you to accept this complaint and refund my deposit through my bank account. My bank account details is as follows.

I have joined in this gleam technologies company in january. After receiving payment they are not responding to my call. And they are saying to pay money again. I want to get my payment back which i was paid at the time of joining. Forms which i was filled is waste.. People are very cunning in this company. Guys, please don't join this company. They are playing games with people. After paying amount they are disconnecting call.

I have joined in this company few days back. Now they are saying form filling panel is not working. And when i asked to give my refund 1800 they are saying to join new project like html work. Again i should pay 2000 for this. Such a fraud company i have never seen in my life. Playing games with common people. Please refund my 1800 as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take a serious action against this company.

I have signed up for this company for a part time job as data entry and I have already paid 2124 rupees and I have faced similar situation that people have mentioned here, they do not respond in time and neither do they cooperate. I have not got any workload yet and they say they will send me the workload shortly but they don't. I'm afraid, should I takw this workload because after reading all the reviews it's clear that they reject the project for various reasons and they do not make the payment. I have already filed a report in cyber crime against this company and the technical support number they provide is also fake (with extension 9). It's clear that they are cheating people. There are a lot of softwares that converts jpeg to txt file, and companies hire those software engineers. So if they are letting us do those work by asking deposit money from us, it means they are just cheating us, they can get their jobs done from experts at low rates. I' very much clear that I have lost this 2124 rupees and I no longer wish to waste time on this project anymore. So people, please help me how to claim a refund? I have already filed a complained in cyber crime and they are yet to respond. In what all places do I need to expose these scammers to get my money back? Has anyone ever got their money back? Technical team please do not reply to my complaint with your humbleness and ask me to call your extension number 9 which is a fake number.

I registered this company on december 2018. But now i don't have time to do this work. Already i what's up my executive zahitha she gave me a extension number nobody is picking the call then i messaged her still she is not replying me. Please refund my money. I called them since 2 days. Nobody is replying me
Please take necessary action. They are cheating the people. Refund my money otherwise i will file complaint against your company.

I join on 10/01/2019 for online ad-posting work for my small company totally taken 5 id's at offer amount rs. 9000/- i paid after they not response properly and after continue calling they activate 1 id and training given. Before joining they said one ad-post only 2 min but in the training section hardly 3 hrs. They do only 2 ad-posting only that also record rejected. So that my money & time toally waste i paid rs. 9000/- i need refund immediately

I am daisy. I joined this job on january 2018. I have entered above 27000 entries. They simply rejected above 13700 entries. Their company rule is above rs. 3500 /-earning reached then only they release payment. I have reached this target on may 2018. But when i was called customer care, people say tommorow your amount credited or next week credited like that... Almost one year completed still now my payment is not released. My entire time and money waste. Is this iso certified company? No. Fraud and cheating company. I have send many mail to support regarding payment. No response.

I was looking for a part time job, and so got in touch wit one of your executive named asha patel. She told me to go for html writing job as it will not take more then 2 hours daily and also told me to opt for form filing job. I paid 2000 for html writing job only. They sent me 250 pages that needs to be completed in 18 days which means 14 pages per day, each page takes minimum of 45 minutes - 1 hour, that means 11-13 hours daily. I showed the material to typists and they too told me its impossible for anyone to do complete 14 pages in just 3-4 hours, even without a break.

So i called her and told to shift me to the form filling job, and she was very rude and told me that you will get refund after 2years and for form filing pay 2000 extra. I have not yet signed agreement also, and she tells me that u cannot get money back..

Cheater lier

After giving complete to you the gleam support has send me message to lock report for refund. As they suggested i have lock the case but till now no response from them. They mentioned that case has open. I don't how many case are open at their end but as per their mail the amount will be refund with in 24hrs. But till now no one called me are any mail from them. I also called them but but as usewell phone is not connecting. Could you please take this a high priority and resolve the issue.

Hi, recently I joined online data entry form filling website called http://earnfromformfilling.in/userdata/onlinedataentry/index.php . The website is run by a company called ‘GLEAM TECHNOLOGIES’. While registering they mentioned that it was only a simple data-entry job with Rs 1 per record as compensation. But later when I logged in and start working on it, I realised it was data-sorting and data processing job which requires more difficult than a simple data entry.
Further, they promised initially to provide training & support which they failed till date. There is no clear instruction as to how to enter data or fill the form, which adds to the confusion. After I finished entering about 800 records I find 700 records have been rejected for various reasons.
I asked them to send me a QC report as to why the record was rejected so that I can rectify any mistakes and do it correctly. Since there was no clear instructions or training as to how to enter data, this was the only for me to know how to enter data properly.
They are dragging this matter for ages without any possible conclusion.
I asked them to return back my registration fees of Rs 1800 and as well for the internet time I have spent for past one month which amounts to another Rs 1000 plus compensate for the time I spent. I usually earn Rs 500-1000 per day online and now I have lost almost a month on this wasteful project.
Kindly help me out in dealing with this fraudulent company which has not delivered any of the things which it has promised so far.
Please tell me some way so that I can sue them.

I paid Rs 2000 gleam technology for offline work but after complete the work they never called me when ever asking for refund my money they saying to contact [protected]@gleamtechindia.com. when I mailed them NO response and also called to given numbers ([protected] or 3000)and ([protected] or[protected] ext-1015)whtsup number [protected].after giving so many message not even responding.could plz help me to refund my money.

I have paid rs 3, 000/- for online data entry work & html typing job, but after payment transaction nobody call me for confirmation and all.

Requested you to please refund my sd for both the work.
