Glen — Chimney Problem

Dear Sir, I have purchased a chimney of Glen India around 11 months before. I am having three problems one is that the bulb is not working, the second one is that the switch to on/off the bulb and third one is that the smoke from stove does not fully go inside the chimney. I have called the customer care and they give me the contact number of Ajmer office to which I called and they said that we will take complain and said that we will resolve the same as soon as possible but they have not resolved the same. I want you that the same get resolved and all the problem get fix.
